Beginner Yoga Series

This 6-week beginner series is designed for those who are new to the practice of yoga. I will introduce a set of new poses for the week, with foundational instruction. Students will be taught the purpose and proper alignment of each pose. The series will also include breathwork, strength, mobility, and flexibility. Modifications and adjustments will be offered as we practice together. Each class ends with a Nutrition or Health tip of the day. JOIN ME ON THE MAT!! Items needed: Yoga mat, blocks, and water. Optional Items: Yoga strap.
All sales are final. Sessions can be rescheduled with a 24-hour notice, excluding the pre-scheduled yoga series. Thank you for understanding.
