This flow is dedicated to all bodies and levels. Haven't done yoga in a while or at all? Wanting to advance your practice? Harmony has the perfect flow for you. Heavy on the cues, gentle on the movement, and intentional with the sequencing.
Each class ends with a Nutrition or Health tip of the day.
Items needed: Yoga mat and water. Optional Items: Yoga blocks.
