Try these simple tips for a healthier and more satisfying shake while consuming your three macronutrients (Protein, Carb, Healthy Fat) and Veggie.


Shoot for 1 cup of each to combine with your "Protein" powder:

  • Add one mixing "Veggie" - Kale, Spinach, or Cauliflower

  • Add one favorite Fruit, "Carb" - Berries, Mongo, or Banana

  • Add one Alternative Milk, "Healthy Fat" - Cashew, Coconut, or Almond Milk

  • Add Ice and Blend

Done! Wow, that was easy!
