Let's talk about sugary sweets

Are you craving more sugary sweets because you are on summer break? Are you looking for an alternative to chocolate treats such as candies, muffins, cookies, and cakes? I have a recipe for you - it's a MUG CAKE. Try it out and let me know what you think.


This 4-ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake includes all three of the macronutrients with Protein as the primary nutrient:

  • One full Egg for Protein

  • One scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder for Protein

  • ½ Ripe Banana or ½ cup of Rolled Oats for Carb

  • ⅛ cup of Almond Milk or your favorite Alternative Milk for Healthy Fat

Mix all ingredients in a mug and microwave for 90 seconds. ENJOY!
