This 4-ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake includes all three of the macronutrients with Protein as the primary nutrient:
One full Egg for Protein
One scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder for Protein
½ Ripe Banana or ½ cup of Rolled Oats for Carb
⅛ cup of Almond Milk or your favorite Alternative Milk for Healthy Fat
Mix all ingredients in a mug and microwave for 90 seconds. ENJOY!
